We are hiring part time and full time positions for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Direct Service Providers (may be a BCBA or behavior technician) as well as our unique mentorship roles such as Junior Supervisor and Behavior Technician Team Lead.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA) Supervisor
The BCBA Supervisor works with the Clinical Director to support a team of applied behavior analysis (ABA) providers to design, implement and evaluate a range of ABA clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or related disorders. The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the Team Lead to continually monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of the ABA program.
Junior Supervisor
The Junior Supervisor works under the direction of a BCBA Supervisor and the Clinical Director to design, implement and evaluate a range of ABA clinical services for children and adolescents with autism, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders. The Junior Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the BCBA Supervisor to systematically take on more BCBA Supervisor responsibilities.
The Team Lead works under the direction of a BCBA Supervisor and the Clinical Director to design, implement and evaluate a range of ABA clinical services for children and adolescents with autism, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders. The Team Lead is responsible for collaborating with the BCBA Supervisor on tasks related to client programming and program direction.
Direct Service Provider - BT / BCaBA / BCBA
The Direct Service Provider is responsible for the direct delivery of ABA services to children and adolescents with autism, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders. The Direct Service Provider will collect data and maintain excellent communication with the BCBA Supervisor about the program and the progress of the behavior service plans.
